Together we planned and executed dozens of Black Fridays, Boxing Days and Summer Sales.
As a strategist, I enjoy brainstorming with the team, planning out important campaign dates, sale messaging and mood-boarding with the team on the look and feel of the campaign. I am well versed in co-ordinating all of the activities, as well as making sure we’re measuring performance proactively and fairly.

In 2022 I began posting daily to TikTok, talking about one of my passions - skincare and cosmetic science. Just over a year later and I’ve grown to over 350k followers and 12.5 million likes.
Growing quickly on TikTok has taken my understanding of social app algorithms to new heights, and allowed me to put my previous employed role learnings into practice for myself.

Over the years I have live streamed on just about every platform. From running a monthly LIVE ‘try on Tuesday’ event to inviting customers into the office to try on stock, I have experimented with many different formats.

Identifying lost opportunities for growth. There are so many paths to choose from when you’re growing a brand, you want to be certain you’re not losing out. In 2019 I had the fantastic opportunity to work closely with the CEO and a freelance creative agency to produce SilkFred’s first TV ad.
From storyboarding to casting and media buying, I was part of every process and loved every second. I’d do this again in a heartbeat. I think where I can really add value in this process is by acting as a brand safeguard and project manager between brand and agency.
I believe I am especially good at getting to understand a brand on a granular level, and figuring out how to weave those values into content that’s engaging vs. dry. This is what separates leading brands from brands who’re left behind.
During my time being freelance, I’ve been lucky enough to work with a range of household name beauty brands including Simple, BeautyBay, Dr Sam’s, Haruharu Wonder, YesStyle, The Inkey List and more.

How did I decide a pomegranate would best represent womens health? Well, I just didn’t know what else to put here, to be honest.
In all seriousness, I wanted to dedicate a page of my portfolio site to showcase some topics that are close to my heart, and that I can speak passionately about.
Sometimes it’s hard to find freelancers (or even team members) who can really speak with great understanding of niche topics like womens health (PCOS, fertility etc). When the person behind the words knows the topic well, it makes the content that much better.
